Physical Properties

During this section we learned about the physical properties of Macromolecules, Metalloids, Ionic Compounds, Non-metals, Covalent Compounds, Network Solids, and Metallic Compounds. Each of these things have similarities and differences. Macromolecules, Metalloids, Ionic Compounds, Network Solids, and Metallic Compounds all have HIGH melting and boiling points; while Non-metals and Covalent Compounds have LOW melting and boiling points. We also tested all of these things for Electrical Conductivity, Malleability, Ductility, and Luster. It was found that some substances have these qualities while others do not.
